This course intends to contribute to school coaching. It aims to provide the trainees with the key skills of coaching and give them a clearinsight and understanding into the dynamics that happen between people. Its main purpose is to create the pedagogy that delivers deep learning, fosters resilience and creates reflective and independent learners with the help of coaching in the classroom.
