Long seen as essential for 21st-century learners, the "Four Cs" (Creativity, Critical Thinking, Communication, and Collaboration) are often easier to endorse in theory than to implement in practice.
Creativity and Critical Thinking are vital for innovation, and contrary to popular belief, they can be taught and cultivated in any classroom setting.
Communication and Collaboration are crucial life skills that help students navigate their daily school experiences and prepare them for future personal and professional interactions.
The "Four Cs" enhance learners' abilities to thrive in a rapidly changing world, promoting additional beneficial traits such as curiosity, confidence, caring, and cooperation.
This course is designed to equip teachers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to integrate these vital competencies into their curriculum and school culture.
Through a hands-on learning environment, participants will deepen their understanding of these competencies, learning not just how to teach them, but also how to develop their own skills in creativity, critical thinking, effective communication, and collaboration.
