Our project targets students from 3 to 11 years old. Inequalities increase from an early age. It is essential to treat school difficulties from the first years of schooling. Their future education depends on it. Prejudices against children different also set in very early. It is, therefore, very early that we must act. The project involves all the teachers of kindergarten and elementary schools in the establishments concerned: France, Spain, Romania, Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, and kindergarten and elementary students. In our schools, all the partners welcome children with disabilities, benefiting from special care projects according to their difficulties. We will exchange what is put in place for these children in each country, as well as on their care by the teams of teachers or other specialized adults within or outside the school walls. There are also children in each school who find separating from their parents difficult. Furthermore, we sometimes have undocumented, impoverished children with significant socio-economic and family deficiencies. These deficiencies will very often lead to school failure. There are also migrant students and students from other cultures and religions. We believe that these students need more attention than others. He is clear to all that each difference should not be problematized individually but contextualized in the dynamics of a heterogeneous group, with varied learning abilities and different sensitivities in which everyone has their place and has every chance of progressing. It is necessary for education stakeholders who supervise these students to support their participation in the activities of our project.
