With this project, the food cultures of our own country and different countries will be taught to our students and transferred to future generations. Healthy and traditional nutrition will be encouraged. Our students will be taught cooking skills. It enables students studying gastronomy and culinary arts to develop their professional skills, gain a global perspective on their profession and promote the development of gastronomy tourism.
