Wise Chef's Kitchen

We are trying to create environments that we can call people's moments of happiness and moments of sharing. That's why we also believe in the social part of food and the creativity of chefs. We want chefs to be creative. Since the most important physiological need of human beings is to eat in order to survive, nutrition and culinary culture are important elements of life. With this project, the food cultures of our own country and different countries will be taught to our students and transferred to future generations. Healthy and traditional nutrition will be encouraged. Our students will be taught cooking skills. It enables students studying gastronomy and culinary arts to develop their professional skills, gain a global perspective on their profession and promote the development of gastronomy tourism. Students who conduct research / compilation studies on the subject gain experience in research methods and planning.
