What do you do when you feel blue?

This collaborative project involves children from Slovakia and Slovenia working together to promote well-being in their schools. The initiative aims to exchange ideas and experiences related to fostering a supportive school environment for both pupils and teachers. Participants will engage in open discussions to identify factors that comfort and disturb students at school, seeking to understand their perspectives through open-ended questions. Key activities will include brainstorming suggestions for coping strategies when feeling down, exploring relaxation techniques and stress resistance methods, and writing friendly letters to each other. By sharing insights and practices, the project aims to cultivate a sense of community and enhance emotional well-being within the participating schools. The ultimate goal is to implement effective practices that promote a positive school atmosphere, benefiting students' mental health and overall learning experience.
