WELLBEING DOES THE JOB

One of the greatest challenges schools face today is providing students with an education that fosters emotional development, diversity, self-awareness, mental well-being, and 21st-century skills. By using language as the cornerstone of our efforts, we aim to nurture active, critical, and engaged young individuals prepared to navigate an ever-changing world. Our project focuses on empowering students to make informed and thoughtful professional decisions grounded in self-awareness and an understanding of current and future societal needs. It emphasizes the importance of discovering personal interests, personality traits, strengths, and core values. This self-knowledge serves as a foundation for building self-worth, confidence, and a sense of security in the evolving labour market. Through tailored tests and tasks designed by teachers, students will explore their unique strengths and resources. They will engage in creative thinking and collaboration while constructing "Self-Maps," which highlight their aspirations, skills, and potential. Additionally, students will have the chance to gain insight from the perspectives and experiences of others, fostering inspiration and mutual learning. Throughout the project, students will reflect on their professional aspirations and dream careers. By working in international teams, they will deepen their understanding of various professions and develop crucial future competencies. They will also explore the vital connection between mental well-being and effective career decision-making, considering strategies to nurture and enhance their emotional resilience.
