The continuous project „Welcome, spring! Spring Blooming“ is outlined around the themes of spring and the revival of nature, giving students the opportunity to broaden both their native language and English knowledge by writing poems and haiku as well as to develop pupils’ creative abilities making postcards using various art and IT techniques. The awakening of nature, the beauty of wonderful moments radiates in the creative works of students. Warm words, paintings, carvings, mini stained glass windows, computer-aided works make the students reveal their artistic potential. The project is aimed at developing cultural communication and cooperation among children and young people and understanding spiritual values and broadening students’ creative competences. Creativity is what helps students look at the world in a new way. During the project students will create mini stained glass windows, postcards on the computer, haiku or poems on the topic of spring (in English), works from freely chosen materials.
