A project for children age 6-7 using Geography and English writing skills. As we can not travel to other countries at the moment, we would like to explore online! We want to find out about the neighbourhood around your school. Are you in the city or countryside? On the coast or inland? What geographical features can you see? Why is your locality special? We also want to tell you about our locality and school and explain why we think it is special. Our plan is to exchange photos, ask questions and imagine what it would be like to visit our own locality for the first time.
