The project is intended for students between the ages of 8 and 10 with the aim of researching and learning about interesting things from the past of the region where they live. Through various activities, students will explore various events, stories and legends from the past and see the importance of preserving tradition and cultural heritage. They will observe the changes that have taken place in the way of life in the homeland through the past until today. They will develop love and respect for their own homeland and notice and appreciate the peculiarities of other's homeland. They will see the importance of oral tradition and leaving a good trace of their own past for their descendants and the future. They will develop new friendships with project partners. Projekt je namijenjen učenicima u dobi od 8 do 10 godina s ciljem istraživanja i spoznavanja zanimljivosti iz prošlosti regije u kojoj žive. Kroz različite aktivnosti učenici će istražiti razne događaje, priče i legende iz prošlosti i uočiti važnost očuvanja tradicije i kulturne baštine. Uočit će promjene koje su se dogodile u načinu života u zavičaju kroz prošlost do danas. Razvit će ljubav i poštovanje prema vlastitom zavičaju i uočiti i uvažavati posebnosti tuđeg zavičaja. Uočit će važnost usmene predaje i ostavljanja dobroga traga vlastite prošlosti za svoje potomke i budućnost. Razvijat će nova prijateljstva s projektnim partnerima.
