“Tourists in Europe” is all about creating mutual understanding and recognizing that the lives of pupils across Europe, however different cultures may be, have many things in common. Students show each other the typical habits, dishes, feasts, language and values of their countries that influence their own lives. Rather than concentrating on touristic highlights like art and architecture, the participating students will show cultural elements that are meaningful to their own lives. By exchanging views and discussing them they will gain a deeper understanding about each other and about Europe.
