The goal of the project is for students to create their own educational board game, inspired by Ticket to Ride: Europe, while gaining knowledge and skills related to climate change, sustainability, civic engagement, and real-life applications of mathematics. The project encourages creative thinking through design thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Students take on the role of young European changemakers, exploring environmental challenges in different cities, designing solutions, and testing them, while also learning responsibility and community involvement. The project covers the full game development process—from research and planning to designing rules, mathematical systems, and visuals, and finally testing and completing the finished game.
