S.O.S. Nature

"SOS Nature" is an international eTwinning project that brings together students from Iceland, Norway, North Macedonia, Spain, and Latvia to address pressing environmental issues unique to each region. Each student team investigates a local ecological challenge: Iceland's glacier retreat, disappearing fish species in Norway, the Baltic sea issues in Latvia, or urban pollution in North Macedonia, and Spain's critical issues with drought and wildfires. Students document their findings and engage in research, discussions, and collaborative brainstorming sessions with their peers abroad. Through this process, they develop an interconnected understanding of environmental challenges and work towards solutions. The project culminates in a public awareness campaign designed by the students, featuring both a poster and a video. This final product aims to raise awareness within their communities and inspire sustainable action across Europe.
