SMART READERS
Media literacy is the ability to identify different types of media and understand the messages they're sending. Nowadays our students use a large amount of information from a wide array of sources. There are text messages, memes, viral videos, social media, video games, advertising, and more. But all media shares one thing: Someone created it. And it was created for a reason. Through this project our students will learn to think critically, to become smart consumers of products and information and teachers will improve their educational act. The project also aims to teach children values and education, to use web 2.0 tools, to acquire digital and media literacy, to use their language effectively, to raise people with high expressive skills.
