Project Scope and Purpose In today's constantly changing and transforming conditions due to technological developments, one of the most important conditions for students to achieve success, socialize and communicate healthily depends on their ability to manage themselves. However, managing oneself in this process, where reality and virtuality coexist, is not as easy as it seems. Self-management, both in the real and virtual worlds, requires knowing, recognizing and being able to control oneself. Especially, high emotional resilience is very effective in the self-management process. Because an individual's high emotional resilience means that he or she can recognize and control many positive and negative emotions and exhibit correct behavior depending on these emotions. In this context, with this project we have planned, we aim to guide our students in recognizing and managing their emotions and acquiring correct behaviors by improving their emotional intelligence skills. With the activities we will carry out in this context, we will contribute to technological skills of our students and help them to know themselves and manage themselves correctly.
