This project consists of various educational modules designed to enrich the current vocational training of students aged 16-19 in the healthcare sector, particularly in the field of “elderly care.” It is planned as a model for improving education in elderly care services in schools and is expected to serve as an example for other schools. The project aims to transform students into individuals who are not only caregivers but also possess competencies such as empathy, ethical values, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide psychosocial support.
