Pogled s planine/ A View From The Mountain   Planine zauzimaju oko 22% ukupne Zemljine površine. Izvor su pitke vode, hrane i energije. Skrivaju veličanstven biljni i životinjski svijet, čuvarice su prirodnih ljepota. Hrvatska nije zemlja visokih planina, ali značajan dio naše zemlje nalazi se u gorskom području. Planinska područja sastavni su dio hrvatskog nacionalnog blaga kojima se moramo diviti i ponositi. U projektu Pogled s planine upoznajemo planine našeg zavičaja, naše domovine, ali i planine ostalih zemalja i kontinenta. Kroz prirodne i društvene predmete učenici će sudjelovati u različitim aktivnostima namijenjenih upoznavanju važnosti očuvanja i zaštite planina.   Mountains occupy about 22% of the total land surface. They provide important resources: drinking water, food and energy. They hide magnificent flora and fauna,and they are guardians of natural beauty. Preservation of drinking water sources, forests and the diversity of flora and fauna are an important part of sustainable development. Croatia is not a country of high mountains, but a significant part of our country is in the mountainous area. Mountain areas are parts of the Croatian national treasure that we must admire and be proud of. In the "A View From The Mountain" project, we get to know the mountains of our homeland, but also the mountains of other countries and continents. Through natural and social subjects, students will participate in various activities to learn about the importance of preserving and protecting mountains.   "The best view comes after the hardest climb." - Sir Edmund Hillary
