This project aims to educate new generations to eat a healthy and sustainable diet, with reduced environmental impact, to respect and learn about food biodiversity. Climate change is now an undeniable emergency: in recent decades. 30% of global greenhouse gas emissions are caused by production and the food supply chain. Studying, however, is not everything: we must turn our ideas into action! Our "ZERO HUNGER" superheroes will engage in activities shared with students from other European schools for individuals have a sustainable diet, valuing the biodiversity linked to the cultural and culinary traditions of each people and the biodiversity of the oceans, as an important source of food for billions of people in the whole world.
