Within the framework of an existing cooperation between the cities of Ifs (France) and Debar (Northmacedonia), the hotel high school François Rabelais and the general high school Zdravko Cockovski have built the PAIRE project with the support of the city of Ifs. Initially, two classes (a French class in Sciences & Technologies Hotel and Catering sector and a Macedonian class in the general sector) will exchange and work together on various situations and themes. Reciprocal mobility of students and teachers is part of the project.In a second phase, the teachers of the French Hotels and Restaurants speciality and the local actors of Macedonia (teachers, professional restaurateurs and hoteliers, town of Debar ) will study the possibility of opening a training course in Hotels and Restaurants within the Debar high school. It is also envisaged to allow the reception of at least one BTS student in Macedonia for an internship and conversely, the reception of Macedonian students in Ifs school
