The priority of this project is to support schools to maximise the potential of non-formal teaching methods, ensure the inclusion of all children to access the curriculum and improve children’s well-being through outdoor education. As a partnership we strive for children to be Healthy confident individuals and Ethical informed citizens. Our aim is to strengthen the competencies of teachers to teach outdoors through exchanging of good practice. This project needs to carried out at EU level as the focus on outdoor learning in Wales is based on best practices observed in Scandinavian and Italian(Regio Emilia) schools. We wish to use the Twinspace in the planning, implementing and evaluating stages of the 2 year project.
