Our main goal in this project is, through the qualification of the team, to introduce working European practices leading to retention of children in the education system. Objectives: Teachers to develop digital and foreign language competence, to gain knowledge and skills for: -working with different types of children and inclusion -integrating ecological themes, creating an outdoor learning environment, introducing healthy living -working with software, creating digital content and children's media, using ICT -work in an international environment -teamwork - Increase in: authority, - acceptance of children, parental interest and involvement - Children to remain within the system. Results Teachers -Professional development, integrated new approaches, improved teaching practices, increased quality of work ICT skills -Personal development, motivation, job satisfaction, improved self-esteem and confidence, validation of competencies -Intercultural exchange, professional networking with provided support, resources Children -Improved learning of the material -Better developed skills for life and school as a result of an improved learning process -They stay in the system High authority
