In an increasingly digital world, it is essential for students to develop the skills needed to navigate online spaces responsibly, ethically, and safely, as digital technologies are transforming the way we interact, engage, and contribute to society, making our voice more audible and our impact more immediate. These tools allow us to express ourselves, connect with others, and explore new possibilities. But are we truly equipped to navigate this digital world? Being a digital citizen is about more than staying connected. It’s about using technology responsibly, staying safe, and respecting the rights of others online. This project will focus on empowering students to become responsible digital citizens. We will explore topics like online safety, digital rights, misinformation, and well-being, all while fostering a sense of ethics and empathy in the digital world. Through collaborative activities, students will learn to analyze their digital footprint, spot fake news, debate ethical dilemmas, and create campaigns to promote safe and responsible online behavior. By combining ethical values, technical knowledge, and a reflective attitude, we can not only use digital tools but also make the most of them for personal development and active participation in society.
