The project “Navigating the Media Landscape: Strategies for Critical Thinking in Education” is an Erasmus+ initiative aimed at enhancing media literacy among students. It will run for 24 months, starting on September 1, 2024, and concluding on August 31, 2026.
The project involves five partner organizations from France, Turkey, Lithuania, Hungary, and Portugal. The main objectives include developing students' critical thinking skills regarding media content, promoting active civic participation, and fostering international collaboration.
Key activities will consist of creating an e-book on European dimensions and networking, conducting cross-training sessions on digital media skills, producing a short film to address fake news, and developing a guide for active civic participation.
The expected outcomes are enhanced critical thinking skills among students, increased civic engagement, and the establishment of long-term partnerships for ongoing collaboration in media education.
