**Mindful Explorers - Mindfulness Explorers** is an international eTwinning project aimed at young primary school students. Its goal is to develop mindfulness through play, observation, creativity, and simple daily practices. Students from different countries explore what helps them stay “here and now,” sharing emotions, sounds, images, and calming ideas. The project is based on collaboration, joint activities, and the creation of interactive materials such as a mindfulness map, an e-book, and a virtual calm box. It’s an adventure in discovering inner peace and strengthening mindfulness – together!
