Mathematics Journey Of Little Explorers

This project aims to enable primary school students to learn mathematics in fun and creative ways. It aims to provide students with mathematical concepts and skills by relating mathematics lessons to daily life. Schools participating from different countries aim to increase students' love of mathematics and skills by sharing mathematical games, problems and activities specific to their cultures. Throughout the project, students will do fun activities on numbers, shapes, measurements and basic arithmetic operations and develop their mathematical thinking skills. This project also aims to introduce the concept of digital citizenship in order to ensure that students act responsibly and safely in the digital world. Digital citizenship includes the skills of individuals to act safely, ethically and consciously in the digital environment. Within the scope of the project, students will explore and gain awareness of issues such as ethical behavior in the digital world, personal data security, internet ethics, cyberbullying and online rights. In this project, classroom teachers from different countries will research and share how they can implement the basic elements of the New Turkish Maarif Education Model in their classrooms. Within the scope of the project, teachers will collaborate on how to provide national values and universal skills in a balanced way in education. The personal and professional development of both students and teachers will be supported through the projects and activities that will emerge.
