Önemli matematikçilerimizden Cahit Arf “matematiğin de müzik gibi kompozitörleri ve virtüözleri vardır . Kompozitörler, teorileri kuranlar; virtüözler de teorileri gerçek manada anlayarak ifade edebilenler ve hissettirebilenlerdir .”demiştir.Bu proje ile dünyaca ünlü virtüöz ve sanatçılarımızı öğrencilerimizle tanıştırarak öğrencilerimizin estetik algılarını geliştireceğiz. Bu algınının gelişmesi çocukların nesne ,olay ve durumları daha derinlemesini inceleyerek ondaki güzellik ,uyum ve anlamı daha iyi anlaşılmasını sağlar. Ayrıca yaratıcılık ve inovasyonu destekler. Yaşam kalitesinin yükselmesini sağlar. Yapılan araştırmalarda anlaşılan bireylerin vatanseverlik veya topluma bağlılık gibi duyguların zorunluluk ile değil estetik bir coşku haline geldiğinde daha güçlü olduğudur. Pisagor’dan günümüze yapılan birçok bilimsel araştırma , matematik ve müzik arasında bir ilişki olduğunu göstermiştir. Milattan önce ve orta çağda eğitim programlarında müzik, matematik ve astronomi ile aynı grupta yer almaktaydı. 1975 ve 2022 yılları arasında yaklaşık 50 yıl boyunca yapılan çalışmalar, en çok müzik-matematik birleşik derslerinin matematik başarısını olumlu etkilediğini göstermiştir. Tüm bu bilgi ve araştırmaların yanında ,günümüzde pek çok kişi için matematik korkulan ve istenmeyen bir alan olmasına karşın ,müzik hemen hemen herkesin sevdiği bir alan olmuştur. Müzik hayatın her anında ve bölümünde içiçe olunmak istenilenken matematik özellikle kaçınılan bir daldır. Bu proje ile öğrencilerimizin estetik algılarını geliştirecek etkinliklere yer verirken matematiğin müziksel yanını gösterip öğrencilerimize matematiği sevdireceğiz.One of our important mathematicians, Cahit Arf, said, “Mathematics, like music, has composers and virtuosos. Composers are those who establish theories; virtuosos are those who can express and make theories feel by truly understanding them.” With this project, we will introduce our world-famous virtuosos and artists to our students and develop their aesthetic perceptions. The development of this perception allows children to examine objects, events and situations more deeply and to better understand the beauty, harmony and meaning in them. It also supports creativity and innovation. It increases the quality of life. It is understood from the research that individuals are stronger when their feelings such as patriotism or commitment to society are transformed into an aesthetic enthusiasm rather than an obligation. Many scientific studies conducted from Pythagoras to the present have shown that there is a relationship between mathematics and music. In the education programs before Christ and in the Middle Ages, music was in the same group as mathematics and astronomy. Studies conducted for approximately 50 years between 1975 and 2022 have shown that music-math combined courses have the most positive impact on math success. In addition to all this information and research, while math is a feared and unwanted area for many people today, music has become an area that almost everyone loves. While music is something that is wanted to be involved in at every moment and section of life, math is a branch that is especially avoided. With this project, we will show the musical side of math while including activities that will develop the aesthetic perception of our students and make our students love math.
