This project aims at gathering information and knowledge from old sayings and proverbs that have been "respected" throughout times from one generation to the other and are still seen as common truth and a sign of wisdom. Life is indeed a great teacher and in ancient times and even now we do pay attention to some well known tips and proverbs. Getting to know the most important proverbs, old sayings and tips in different languages will certainly be a highly motivating, funny and curious way of developing language competences in english as well as learning from each other´s cultures, traditions and beliefs. We will be able to compare what we have in common and feel that differences also bring us together.
