With this project, teachers will learn how to use web2.0 tools, html, code and robotic coding by meeting their professional development needs. They will help students to use their homeworks, project or visual work which they have done with web2.0 tools. They will also transfer their competencies to their students. In terms of their management competence, the teachers will improve the institutional capacity as well as the development of the their English in European dimension and they will recognize different cultures, communicate with them, improve their communication skills and the development of the vision of Europe will be the plus point for them. The transfer of innovative educational understanding among the institutions, we will have an opportunity to observe the European Union concept of "all equality" and‘ all different’ in place.
