I CAN MEET MY OWN NEEDS

ABOUT THE PROJECT Our project called I can meet my own needs has been prepared so that our students between the ages of 11-18 with normal development and special needs can meet their daily basic needs independently. Most of the students in this age group cannot meet their own needs and they are dependent on others for even the smallest jobs. With some daily skills we chose in our project, students; They will be supported to do their own work. TARGETS • Ensuring our students' self-confidence by meeting their own needs. • To make our students realize what they can do. • To make our students realize that seemingly small skills are an important part of our lives. • To enable them to gain the skills of folding laundry, wiping and sweeping. • To enable students to prepare food for themselves • To enable our students to research the dishes of their region and make one of their choice. • To enable them to use Web 2 tools. • To be beneficial to our students at every stage •To enable our students to socialize by conducting joint studies and interviews with students of different schools. EXPECTED RESULTS • Our students will learn to take care of themselves and meet their own needs. • Their self-confidence will increase. • They will learn to use Web 2 tools. • Their ability to work with students from different schools will increase and they will learn about different cultures. • Communication skills will increase.
