It is widely observed that the students suffer from many diseases, both mental and physical. In the project we want our students to realise that it is crucial to look after one's mental and physical health to lead a happy life. We want our students to learn how to have a balanced life including a variety of factors, such as physical health, well-being, proper nutrition, healthy habits. Students from different European countries will discuss different health problems and find solutions to them, at the same time sharing the acquired knowledge with their peers from other countries and within their schools. We hope that participating in the project will allow students to achieve their full potential by prioritizing healthy habits and well-being.
