Grow & Go is an international educational project aimed at fostering entrepreneurial skills among students through cross-border collaboration. Students are grouped into international teams, each forming mini-companies focused on sustainability. The project unfolds in three interactive modules: Sustainability – Students explore responsible business practices through games, company case studies, and discussions on circular economy and social impact. Marketing & Pitching – Teams develop promotional materials and pitch their sustainable business ideas in a Shark Tank-style online event. Business Trips – Students simulate international business visits by planning trips, exchanging cultural insights, and presenting their cities.
