Green Developers is a project that combines the environment subject with software development. While we are doing 8R activities (rethink, rally, refuse, reduce, repair, reuse, remove, recycle) to protect the environment, volunteer students are going to learn coding and develop a mobile app which is about environment and recycling. All Students don't need to know or interested in coding, the volunteeer ones are going to learn. In this project, we have specificly aimed to develop students' environmental awareness through funy activities, to teach them the 8R rule for the environment and to ensure that they adopt it, to enable them to enter the software world etc.
