At the beginning of the project, the students will first analyse megatrends European companies currently have to cope with. Based on these analyses, all students will then agree on essential characteristics that they believe are necessary to be a successful European company and entrepreneur today. Afterwards, each participating class should conduct a survey at their school and in their personal environment, trying to find out how the characteristics for a successful company and entrepreneur, which the students agreed on in the previous step, are assessed and evaluated there. Based on the developed framework the students will then work in mixed European teams and each team will develop a business concept for a company that is active all over Europe.
