The project concerns the permanence and the evolution of gestures’ meaning into European culture. With the guidance of their teachers, students will research, examine, and compare literary and iconographic sources, in order to catch some cultural transformations from ancient times to the present age. In relation to their classical studies, they will especially consider the ancient Greek and Latin culture as the starting point of their investigation.
