The Future Foods project is inspired by the European Union's Green Deal objectives, aiming to accelerate the transition toward sustainable, healthy, and resilient food systems. The project seeks to reduce the environmental impacts of food production, ensure food security while preserving local and cultural diversity, and foster fairer, healthier, and more eco-friendly food systems. By using artificial intelligence and digital tools, students will develop innovative solutions for sustainable food production and consumption, blending these solutions with cultural dishes and traditions to support the transformation of food systems. While addressing global food security issues, the project aims to respect the planet's boundaries.
