Since contemporary society is facing massive deforestation, which affects the life of the planet, we aimed to familiarize students with the process of making books, following the path from controlled tree felling, through the printing house and ending up in the library. By thus becoming aware of the importance of books, students will also acquire environmental protection behaviors through practical activities of paper recycling and book reconditioning.
