This is an Erasmus+ project which will be carried out from September 2016 to August 2019. We will use the eTwinning platform in order to disseminate our results and as another tool to keep communication among the partners. The main focus area for the project is to offer students a broad range of ways to enter adult life well prepared. By this we attempt to fulfill the Europe 2020 Agenda goals, mainly the first goal regarding en increase of the number of citizens employed in each country in the ages of 20-64. This is a cooperation between five countries; Poland, Great Britain, Germany, Macedonia and Sweden.
