The aim of this eTwinning project is to create a place where partners can work together, share materials and keep in touch in the context of the Erasmus+ project "Every Island is a treasure Island" (N. 2023-1-IT02-KA122-SCH-000136039). This project has the main objective of transforming the limits that characterize an island into possibilities, supporting a change of perspective of one's identity. The project aims to make the community aware of the potential of its territory, through the exercise of active citizenship. "Diversity" and "Inclusion" are keywords of our project. Our students live in a territory lacking in stimuli, their experiences are limited exclusively to their own community. Sharing experiences with other people who live in the same conditions can be an incentive to develop sustainable growth, which includes quality jobs and social cohesion. "Every island is a treasure island" means that knowledge of the territory, respect for the environment, comparison with other European realities, awareness of active citizenship can change our future.
