Projemiz engelli bireylerin istihdamına yönelik yapılan çalışmaların geliştirilmesini , engelli öğrencilere duygusal, sosyal, mesleki, kültürel yaşantı zenginliği sunmayı ve engelli bireylerin dünyaya bakış açılarını genişletmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu kapsamda Cam ve Seramik bölümünden 9 kişi Çek Cumhuriyeti'nde, Yiyecek İçecek bölümünden 9 kişi Almanya'da 14 günlük staj uygulamasında bulundular.
