Emotional intelligence is one of the soft skills that guarantee people's success and their success in different contexts, from family to school to work. Teaching means building knowledge and today more than ever it is necessary to enhance emotional intelligence, as it involves self-awareness, self-esteem and social skills The concrete objectives we would like to achieve are: - provide skills to be able to create activities suitable for the development of emotional intelligence; - promote interculturality and dialogue between the various workers who will participate in the project; - increase awareness of the importance of emotions in achieving one's goals.
