This project seeks to enhance students' environmental awareness through local initiatives focused on environmental protection, ecological solutions, and biodiversity conservation.AIMS- To develop citizenship skills and students’ cultural awareness;- To raise environmental awareness by focusing on the global problems the world is facing and implementing local solutions to fight them;- To develop ecological education towards the conservation and preservation of nature;- To provide solutions to real problems related to environmental issues in the school communities and beyond;- To promote Content and Language Integrated ºìÌÒÊÓƵing (CLIL);- To involve students in collaborative work;- To promote the use of digital literacy to communicate and access knowledge in the context;- To improve students’ digital skills by using a variety of web2.0 tools;- To encourage the use of the English language to interact with European students and teachers, recognising it as a global language to communicate;- To provide a social hub where students can practise and improve interpersonal skills such as teamwork, leadership and mindful communication.
