Meeting each child where they are at as a learner and tailors their learning journey to help them to progress to their next achievement milestones. Providing high quality, stimulating and engaging learning experiences across the curriculum that facilitate each child to reach academic goals appropriate to their needs and abilities. Implementing a wide range of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities and initiatives that provide rich and meaningful learning opportunities that challenge and cultivate the children’s interests, aptitudes and talents. Encouraging and facilitating staff members to work collaboratively, to develop and share their professional practice, and to promote best practice and innovation in teaching, learning and assessment. Promoting positive and authentic working relationships between staff, parents and guardians, and the wider school community for the benefit of the children’s learning and their holistic growth and development as young citizens.
