Our project sprouts from the observation that despite our students' frequent interaction with technology, screens, and social media networks, there exists a clear gap in their understanding and the consequences of their use in their mental well-being. While they willingly share personal information, communicate via these devices, and demonstrate keen interest in any related topics, there remains a notable lack of comprehension regarding the purpose, utility, and functionality of many of these systems and its cost to their mental and social health. Our purpose is to reduce that lack of comprehension and encourage their critical thinking towards the use and abuse of these powerful resources.
