The project enables 12-15 year-old students to meet penpals from different countries: Rumania, Greece and Spain. All the pupils taking part in the project should be learning French as a foreign language. They will regularly communicate with their respective penpal relating to different aspects of life in their home countries through letter exchange, putting into practice what they have learned in their French lessons. During the project, students will focus on a number of topics to share knowledge and information about themselves including self-introduction, family, hobbies, sports, likes and dislikes, daily routines, differences and similarities between their schools and so on. They will also share and learn about the culture, the traditions and the customs of the different partners through the use of twinspace, letter writing and video (Skype).
