Climate change, consumerism, the depletion of humanity's natural resources, social exclusion and the danger of extinction are the topics addressed in the COFFE_E project activities. The desideratum of our strategic partnership are: teachers who aim to address in class transdisciplinary methods and topics that address the issues outlined above, by combining the principles of education for sustainable development: project learning, collaborative and cross-curricular learning, non-formal education and interdisciplinarity, peer-learning, students who have developed knowledge (social, environmental, economic) and life skills that turn them into future socially responsible citizens.
