The project was created during the Bilateral eTwinning Seminar "European values in action: empowering active participation trough service learning", held in Verona from March 20th to 22th, 2025. It starts from the collaboration between two teachers, Laura (English teacher) and Salvo (Graphic Deasign Teacher) who found a connection between the schools they work in, which is the visual communication, in fact both schools work on Graphic Design, Arts and Media field of studies, so their subjects can be used to carry out a social campaign on behalf of sustainability, with a focus on climate change. Both regions have been affected by floods recently and students can share experiences and create communication products, both artistic and editorial. Thus, the project can be easily integrated in the curriculum of both schools, both in the English subject and graphic-technical subjects. The connection with Service ������Ƶing (and in Civic Education) is achieved throught the final products and the protagonist of the students, who will be in charge of making the decisions, working together in teams to reach the goals and given autonomy to create this products. So, the outcomes will be used to meeting real needs in the community, as for example being aware of climate change, of what they can do if the flood happens again and also having some hope in the future after all that has happened.
