This project enables students to virtually explore different continents and leave the four walls of their classroom. They will use geographic perspectives, knowledge, and skills to engage in ethical action with regard to self, other people, other species, and Earth’s diverse cultures and natural environments. Lesson plans will give them the opportunity to dig into literature, help students embrace their inner artist and give them a love and passion for a new and exciting location. In conclusion, the project will help students to understand global interdependence and to become a better global citizen.
