Raising awareness about the protection of nature and the environment plays an important role in building a sustainable future. Gaining environmental awareness in pre-school students enables them to become environmentally sensitive individuals in their future lives and active participants in social life. The project combines environmental awareness with citizenship education and gives opportunities to children to discover their responsibilities towards both - nature and society. Our aim is to create a holistic learning experience throught interdisciplinary learning that includes culture, social values, citizen and environmental responsibilities, environmental protection and love for nature. Through creative activities and collaborations with partner kindergartens, children will develop eco-friendly habits, will learn about the importance of protecting nature, recycling, circular economy and maintaining a clean environment. The project will foster eco-friendly practices and environmental sensitivity through posters, videos, and nature conservation activities. Through outdoor learning and eco-friendly projects, students will improve their teamwork, communication, creative thinking abilities, digital competence and problem-solving skills. Together with our partners, we will learn to value our cultural diversity and discover the richness of others. By sharing ideas and taking action we will make a positive impact in society. Working together we can show that international partnership is the key to tackling global challenges and building a greener and more sustainable future for all of us.
