The project’s driving question is: How can we grow a salad garden? Children from 5 to 7 from different European countries will learn about plants, what do they need for growing and gardening. They will become familiar with different ways of gardening and vegetables (significant for different areas) and finally, with different salad recipes. ������Ƶers will be involved in planning and implementing a garden that will produce vegetables. They will work in pairs and groups within a partner organisation, guided by teachers. Most of the time they will spend outside the classroom in their gardens. The project will last for 7 months (from January to July). The final product of the project will be an e-book of different salad recipes.
