Some of the current challenges arise from the diversity of both students and teachers. It is no contradiction that big opportunities for schools also originate from that diversity. In our daily work, we are striving to create learning environments that fit all students in very divers ways, inherent to the very different teacher personalities and skills. To reach that goal, teachers share their experiences and support each other in workshops. Students meet partners from another country and work together on projects in a range of different subjects. While supporting their students in their project work, teachers learn about the learning processes and needs for support. The "All inclusive?" project is a unique opportunity to learn from each other what differentiates us, but especially that we all have very similar challenges concerning the changes our society undergoes and the may different perspectives we can share to overcome these challenges. Diversity is a strong asset for us!
