The project will last two years and involve both teachers and students coming from schools in Spain, Italy, Holland, France and Finland. Participants are going to carry out studies to find out the state of our teachings, how inclusive and diverse our training is and to find out the reason why the female students do not choose to carry out these courses. They are going to improve our workshops and modify our training plans to make them more innovative. Introducing training in virtual reality to adapt our way of teaching and they are going to deal with companies and public organisations to find out the needs of the labour market.
